These pages are written for customer clarity. Final decisions are confirmed by Sardar Trader support according to product condition, supplier policy, and order record.
Information We Collect
Sardar Trader collects the information needed to run an online store, process orders, provide support, and review installment requests.
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, login provider, and verification status.
- Order details such as selected products, quantities, delivery address, contact number, and order history.
- Installment application details such as CNIC number, uploaded CNIC images, city, address, employment details, and two customer references.
- Technical details such as cookies, session identifiers, browser type, IP based security signals, and basic usage activity.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information approved by Google, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure customer accounts.
- To process orders, delivery coordination, returns, warranties, and installment requests.
- To send verification codes, order updates, and customer support messages.
- To protect the store from abuse, fraud, spam, and unauthorized dashboard access.
- To improve product listings, pricing accuracy, and the customer shopping experience.
Cookies And Security
The store uses secure cookies for login sessions and cart behavior. Authentication tokens are kept in httpOnly cookies where the browser does not expose them to normal client-side JavaScript.
Sharing Of Information
We only share customer information with service providers when needed for store operations, such as hosting, database, email or SMS verification, image storage, order delivery, support, and legal compliance.
Payment Information
Online card payment capture is not active at this stage. If online payment is enabled in the future, sensitive payment details will be handled by the selected payment provider, not stored directly by Sardar Trader.
Data Retention
Order, account, and installment records may be retained for business, support, warranty, tax, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes. Customers can contact support to request review, correction, or deletion where legally and operationally possible.
