To track an order, contact Sardar Trader support with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. Our team will confirm order status, delivery timing, and any pending details.
What We May Ask For
- Order number shown after checkout.
- Customer name and phone number.
- Delivery city or address area.
- Product name if you do not have the order number.
- Courier tracking ID if your order has already been dispatched.
Order Status Meanings
- Pending confirmation: order submitted and waiting for a staff call or payment review.
- Confirmed: stock, price, and customer details have been checked.
- Dispatched: order has been handed to courier and tracking details are available.
- Delivered: order has been completed.
- Cancelled: order was cancelled by customer, stock issue, invalid details, or business approval.
